Workforce Planning Lead - Adult Care and Commissioning

A position has arisen for a Workforce Planning Lead within a prestigious local authority in the South West to work alongside and make a difference within their Adult Care team.
Location: South West - Remote
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Negotiable
IR35 Status: Outside
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To lead and shape the planning and delivery for the internal and external adult social care workforce in Dorset
- Providing support for suppliers during a period of extra workload
- Dealing with daily social care operations and managing case loads
- Delivering service in accordance with the statutory responsibilities as set out within Social Care Legislation; and the eligibility criteria for the service as agreed the local authority
Essential Experience:
- Experience of implementing policies and strategies within local government
- Proven experience leading or managing a team
- Experience with Adult services legislation and practices
