Workforce Systems Data Quality Project Manager

Venn Group is currently working with an NHS Trust, based in Essex, who are recruiting for a Workforce Systems Data Quality Project Manager to provide targeted administrative support to collect, validate and analyse the Workforce data.
Rate: £18.88 (PAYE) to £20.85 (Umbrella) per hour
Location: Remote (sometimes needed at the Essex base)
IR35 Status: Inside
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Duration: 5 months, possibility of an extension
Job Responsibilities:
- To provide support and develop methods in data gathering, cleansing and analysis and work with participating members to secure robust data collection across the Trust
- Organise meetings as required, including distributing agendas, minutes and following up actions
- To support the workforce systems lead in pieces of work to make improvements to workforce data quality this may include changes in practice, training or policy documents.
- Undertake complex data analysis tasks and general support tasks as defined by the workforce data quality programme, including the provision of support and technical help as required
- Provide specialist advice on using and understanding data
- Develop and support the skills of the team in using information
- To accurately capture and record all workforce data requirements, ensuring that the data meets data quality needs
- Provide statutory and ad-hoc information reports
- To be able to use ESR to enter into and validate datasets
- Extract and analyse large volumes of complex data from multiple sources and to produce comprehensive, concise reports in a timely manner using a variety of software tools
- Preparation of presentations and analysis of data for others to present
- Support any business case proposals required for improvement of data quality or use of workforce systems
- Assist in supporting research projects or audits relevant to the programme by providing appropriate data
- To line manage data quality programme administrators
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience with data quality and data audits within ESR
- NHS/Healthcare experience preferable
- Proven Project Management skills
- Microsoft office skills- Word, Outlook and Excel
- NHS Workforce system knowledge
- Experience of developing standard operating procedures and operational guidance
