2nd Line Device Support

Venn Group are currently recruiting for a 2nd Line Support Technician to work between two teams leading technical support for a major project at a public sector organisation in Bristol. This role will be for an initial 6 months, paying £260/day umbrella, inside IR35.
- Sit within marketing team, managing all technical questions
- Support adoption and change for individual area within larger IT Transformation Project
- Provide support with Windows OS, Office 365, and tablets and devices
- Office 365 experience is essential
- Windows 7, 8, 10
- Understanding of devices and tablet 2-in-1s
