We are currently working with a well-established organisation based in South Lincolnshire, who are looking for the interim support of experienced 2nd Line Support Engineers to join their IT Team.
They need individuals who are able to hit the ground running and who most importantly can demonstrate skills in: Windows server 2008, Windows 10 and 0ffice 365
To provide 2nd line technical support for around 600 staff and IT infrastructure which includes PCs, laptops, servers, networking devices, tablets, printers and telephones
To work in a team of 16 people to collaborate with different expertise to accomplish different IT projects including current Agile roll out
To provide support for various internal departments and external investment department under strict Service Level Agreement using ManageEngine ServiceDesk plus
To provide remote troubleshooting and support via Bomgar
To provide user account and email support on Active Directory, Exchange server and Office365
Duration: 1-2 month rolling contract
Rate: £18-20p/h Umbrella (May be negotiable dependant on experience)
