A position has arisen for an Accounts Assistant within a well respected organisation based in Bristol. This is a varied role covering many aspects of accounting in particularly purchase ledger and banking transactions. This is a permanent position paying £20,000 – £25,000 per annum depending on experience.
The successful candidate will need to have strong IT and accounting software skills including MS Excel and Sage Line 50
Your duties will include:
- Hold responsibility for daily bank reconciliations
- Manipulating data on MS Excel
- Maintain the purchase ledger
- Process invoices on a daily basis
- Perform ad hoc tasks as and when required
The successful candidate should have:
- Extensive transactional accounting experience
- Strong experience with both MS Excel and Sage Line 50
This would be an ideal role for an accurate and hands on candidate who is ready to hit the ground running in a small team
