Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk
My client, a large Public Sector organisation in Oxford, is recruiting for a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for a period of three months.
The main responsibilities of the role will be matching, batching and coding of invoices and moving invoices around the system in order for the correct contact to be aware of the monies due. The majority of your time will be spent handling supplier statements and checking that these are correct.
You will be dealing with low value, high volume invoice processing, you will also be chasing credit notes and duplicate payments.
Our client is looking to recruit a confident individual who is self motivated and ambitious. It is essential that you possess previous Accounts Payable experience, ideally in another large organisation.
