Role: Admin Support
Duration: 1 month initially

Venn Group are pleased to be recruiting for a secretarial/administrative professional to join a public sector organisation based in Sheffield. The post holder will support in the provision of day to day administrative duties including taking and directing telephone calls to the department, completing paperwork and scanning.
A key part of the role will involve using the BigHand audio typing system and Systm One so experience using these systems will be highly desirable.
The successful candidate will have:
- Administration or secretarial experience
- Good typing skills or previous audio typing experience
- Previous experience using Systm One and BigHand
- The ability to multitask
- Good communication skills
The ideal candidate will be available to interview and start immediately
