Job Description

Interim Administrator


Venn Group are currently supporting a large healthcare organization based in the Cheshire area with multiple requirements for experienced Administrators.


The key role responsibilities are:


  • Working within a busy team, which cover all requests for support in the area

  • Collating information and ensuring that a strong level of attention to detail is used when handling information

  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality as you will be dealing with sensitive information

  • Managing reports and cases through to resolution and ensuring that these are resolved before the Organisation’s deadline

  • Arranging appointments – akin to diary management

  • Obtaining any missing information which can delay the processing of a report

  • Handling difficult phone calls from distressed family members

  • Undertaking general administrative duties such as scanning, filing and typing



Please note that it is essential to have experience working within an administrative setting, and it would be beneficial to have experience within the public sector/healthcare.
