Job Description

Permanent/FTC Administrator


Venn Group are currently assisting a large Regulatory Body in the Greater Manchester area with a requirement for multiple Administrators who are dynamic and are able to work on site.


The key role responsibilities are:


  • Working within a busy department responsible for rolling out largescale Assessment days

  • Creating, collating and circulating documents and information to any attendees and team members

  • Ensuring high levels of accuracy when compiling documentation

  • Providing a face to face service to attendees, meeting and greeting, answering queries and acting as the first point of contact for any complaints

  • Maintaining a high level of organization of events and calendars

  • Arranging meetings with internal and external bodies

  • Engaging with public and private sector organisations

  • Working to strict deadlines and timescales, ensuring all information is submitted appropriately


Please note that these roles will require you to be on site full time in Manchester City Centre.


It is beneficial to have experience in organizing or delivering largescale events.
