Job Description

Interim Administrator

 

Venn Group are currently working with a large organization in the Cheshire area, who require an Administrator in Nantwich to assist a busy team on an interim basis.

 

The key role responsibilities are:

 

  • Working within a busy team, which cover all requests for support in the area

  • Collating information and ensuring that a strong level of attention to detail is used when handling information

  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality as you will be dealing with sensitive information

  • Managing reports and cases through to resolution, and ensuring that these are resolved before the Organisation’s deadline

  • Arranging appointments

  • Obtaining any missing information from internal and external staff members

  • Handling difficult phone calls from distressed members of the public

  • Undertaking general administrative duties such as scanning, filing and typing

 

 

Please note that whilst it is essential to have experience working within administration, it is beneficial to your application to come from a health care environment.
