Application Support Analyst
Rate: £14 per hour
Start date: ASAP
An organisation in Hertfordshire requires two 1st Line Application Support Analyst’s to join it’s large IT team immediately.
- Providing a high end proactive customer-focused telephone / e-mail based application support service to customers
- Supporting bespoke data driven applications
- Responding to and resolving, reported software issues and data queries within defined service levels
- Logging, updating, escalating and closing of defined incidents and service requests in the IT Service Management System
- Remote deployment of software to new and existing customers
- Knowledge or experience of ITIL service management practices
- A background of remote support and working in a heavily customer focussed environment
- excellent time management and organisation skills, including an ability to effectively prioritise workload without supervision
- NHS experience desirable but not essential
