Venn Group is working alongside an international Media Solutions client to recruit an Applications Support Analyst. The successful candidate will support customers in the use of Company products, reacting quickly to their service requests. You will be responsible for resolving Client reported issues and queries, as well as reproducing them accurately to Development/QA teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding to client emails requests and telephone calls
  • Logging service request details into client service systems
  • Resolving and replicating service requests as and when raised
  • Owning client service requests through to delivery
  • Visiting clients on-site to assist in their use of Company products
  • Responding to clients in line with their Service Level Agreements
  • Testing new fixes and developments before delivery to clients
  • Ensure client documentation is completed to required standards and delivered promptly
  • Produce, check and issue client support reports promptly
  • Training internal and external users in the use of Company products
  • Comply with and maintain working practices in line with Health & Safety legislation
  • Covering product line shifts as appropriate
  • Undertaking other duties as the management may reasonably require from time to time

Essential Skills Include:

  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills in a client-facing environment
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • An ability to work unsupervised as and when required
  • An ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working under pressure
  • An ability to work as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Software
  • ITIL Certification
  • Application Support Experience

Desirable Skills:

  • Good presentation and training skills
  • Knowledge of software development cycles
  • Experience working with external clients
