Venn Group are currently recruiting for a temporary Business Support Officer, in the Greater Manchester area.
The post holder will work as part of a busy workforce team within the NHS and will be responsible for providing and coordinating administrative and business support services; including the co-ordination of meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders and undertaking appropriate preparation and follow-up actions as required.
• Managing a wide range of meeting bookings and preparation of such to a professional standard. This will include diary management, creating and preparing agendas, taking minutes and also providing full logistical support for a programme of events and workshops; • Sorting and prioritising all incoming mail and e-mail, distributing as appropriate; • Producing spreadsheets, presentations, setting up and maintain various recording sheets within deadlines, using appropriate office technology and software; • Undertaking administrative duties such as photocopying, faxing and mail-out distributions; • Regular circulation and distribution of information to key stakeholders as advised by team members; • Providing administrative support, including when appropriate to all team members to support a wide range of department initiatives • Providing and supporting the team with a wide range of administrative and computer skills as well as maintaining a range of knowledge and understanding of procedures, protocols and functions • Providing guidance and advice on relevant policies and procedures
