Business Support Officer
Venn Group is urgently looking for an experienced administrator to provide senior admin cover on a temporary basis to an NHS organisation in Plymouth. This role would commence in the next week or 2 and is expected to end in March 2019.
- Provide business administrative support of financial and HR processes for the wider team
- Develop and maintain an efficient electronic repository, ensuring data is accurate
- Create, analyse and provide reports for the senior business team
- Liaise with other administrative and support staff within the organisation
- Carry out facilities management, as well as generic roles, including coordinating meetings and responding to enquiries from various stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a large organisation
- Awareness of issues related to handling sensitive data
