Claims Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a growing and established organisation in Bradford who are looking for a Claims Administrator on a permanent basis.

You will have excellent opportunities to develop and will have at least 1 year experience working in an administrative capacity.

Some of the key duties will include:

  • Provide a clear and professional explanation to customers by email regarding documents and/or information required to process their GAP claim and/or the outcome of their claim within 48 hours.  Where necessary, identify any failings/backlogs to the GAP Claims Manager
  • Make up claim files ensuring all separation pieces and policy key facts are included that apply to the policy, checking dates and Underwriter
  • Log all information in notes on CPS or on the new database relating to documents required
  • Assist the GAP Claims Manager in developing the GAP claims database in relation to document checklist
