Committee Administrator

Venn Group are currently working with a Healthcare organisation based in London who are looking to recruit a Committee Administrator on a permanent basis.

Duration: Permanent

Pay Rate: £25,000 per Annum  

The Committee Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Working with colleagues to plan and carry out stakeholder engagement involving developmental aspects of research transparency
  • Working around the administration of relevant committees in the organisation
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders in arranging travel and ensuring relevant stakeholders have relevant information for internal and external meetings as well as any relevant hearings
  • Set up training and other such events for members of staff and any other relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure Committee meetings are organised and planned effectively providing and generating the relevant documentation needed
  • Supporting committees and stakeholder groups across the team
  • Be the lead contact at the organisation for the investigation of complaints

It is essential that Committee Administrator must have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience within the Public Sector/Healthcare setting
  • Experience working with Committees and providing support around these
