Job description: We are recruiting for an interim Customer Financial Services Manager for a well established organisation based in the Coventry area.
You will be expected to:
• Support the company in achieving regional, EMEA and Global business goals by effectively managing Customer Financial Services
• Ensure the team correctly utilise systems, processes and guidelines in order to optimise service and minimise and control risks to the company
• Participate in any projects and implementation of new processes, systems and tools
• Work within the order to cash finance function
• Manage an existing team of around 20 employees
• Manage personal development reviews
• Business Partner with the Sales team
The ideal candidate will:
• Be experienced in managing people
• Be approachable
• Have strong project management skills
• Have strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Have worked within a SOX environment
• Have experience with BPO
