Temporary Customer Service Advisor

Venn Group Social and Housing Recruitment Team are currently recruiting for an interim Customer Service Advisor for our Supported Housing client based in Berkshire to begin temporary employment within their team

Location: Berkshire

Contract Type: 2 Months+

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to social housing tenants both face to face and via the telephone
  • Handle all inbound and outbound calls and work collaboratively with all departments
  • Manage customer records and ensure customer requests are recorded, prioritised and ordered correctly
  • Deal with a number of internal stakeholders i.e. Community Services, HR, Finance, Housing, IT, Directors and Board Members
  • Provide informed housing advice and information for customers
  • Processing payments and payment plans
  • Connect and transfer all calls to the relevant housing teams and departments
  • Provide office duty cover
  • Conduct basic administration tasks

Essential Skills:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Previous Contact Centre Experience
  • IT literate

Desirable Skills:

  • Have a housing background and up to date knowledge of legislation
