A position has arisen for a Customer Service Coordinator at a world leading railway manufacturing company.  They are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to provide a first class complaint handling service for customers. The successful candidate will have past experience entering and handling data.

Your duties will include:

  • Logging, ascertaining important information and liaising with stores as well as internal and external customers
  • Providing and identify initial responses to complaints as well as escalating complaints to the appropriate line manager
  • Accurate and timely processing of SAP ERP customer information as well as PO’s, sales orders and delivery schedules
  • Liaising with other departments throughout business
  • Handling delivery communications with customers on a daily basis

The successful candidate should have:

  • Working knowledge of MRP systems for sales orders, purchase orders and entering data
  • Strong administration skills as well as time management
  • Experience handling complaints and queries via inbound and outbound calls, emails and conference calls
  • Experience communicating with other key departments
  • Experience in the manufacturing  or multi channel reseller industry
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
