Temporary Customer Service Executive

Our client, a health and beauty retailer, are seeking a temporary Customer Service Executive to start as soon as possible until late December/January. This role is based in High Wycombe.

Your duties will include:

  • Use excellent phone-based customer service skills to hand queries
  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services
  • Take or cancel orders or obtain details of complaints
  • Follow up on calls to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customers requests

The successful candidate should have:

  • Positive, ‘Can do’ attitude at all times
  • Represent company in a positive manner at all times
  • Flexible approach to work and workload
  • Customer Focused (Both external and internal customers)
  • Team player
  • Good communication skills (including written) and attention to detail
  • Computer literacy (Word, Outlook)
  • Friendly and professional telephone manner
