Our client, a Housing Association based in the North West are looking for a Customer Services Officer, on temporary bases.
It is essential that the successful candidate has a background in Housing.
The duties will include:
- Being the first point of contact for tenants on the phone
- Dealing with repair requests and rent enquiries
- Taking details of ASB complaints and pass onto the relevant officers
- Handling basic administration duties
- Logging all calls made onto the system
You must have Orchard system experience and Choice Based Lettings experience.
