A long established and very highly regarded firm based in Oxfordshire seek an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor with expertise in property litigation.
The successful applicant will join an established Dispute Resolution department that manages a broad litigation caseload with a focus on mainly commercial and property disputes. Whilst the role will be varied, you will take responsible for managing an existing high quality caseload with particular focus on property litigation.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be a self-starter with a passion for all aspects of Dispute Resolution, from preventative advice through to trials, and with the ability to work in a strategic and organised way. Whilst the focus will be mainly on property litigation, experience in or willingness to explore other areas of dispute resolution is desirable.

To be considered for this position you must be a qualified and practising Solicitor with a minimum of two years PQE with applications open to candidates at, or above this level. You must be passionate about building long standing relationships and have a drive to develop new business and establish yourself in a competitive market. Previous experience in property litigation is essential.
The salary on offer will be commensurate to experience but promises to be competitive. Benefits will include competitive annual leave, company pension scheme and the option to take 2 days a year to support a charity of your choice.
