An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to work at our Norfolk based client. Our client has an outstanding reputation for providing a full service of high quality legal support across its many offices in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. Its small established employment team require a Solicitor to manage and develop an existing caseload of quality employment matters.
The caseload will be varied and stimulating encompassing the full spectrum of employment work acting for both employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious matters. The work will include disciplinary actions, grievances, performance issues, sickness absences, redundancies and employment tribunal claims.
Due to the level of expertise within the current team, our client is able to be flexible on the level of experience they are looking for at present. Whether you are a Newly Qualified Solicitor or possess a wealth of experience 7+ years PQE and have the drive to grow the existing caseload, this role could be for you. The salary on offer will be competitive, dependent on experience and likely to be in the region of £30,000 to £55,000 per annum.
