A leading regional law firm based in Northamptonshire seek an experienced and ambitious Employment Solicitor to join their highly reputable Commercial Services Department during an exciting period of growth.
You will manage a broad caseload covering all aspects of contentious and non-contentious commercial employment law matters to include the drafting of contracts, policies and procedures, tribunals, disciplinaries, settlement agreements and TUPE.
This position will provide an excellent quality of work and an impressive existing client base consisting of large house hold names and corporate entities. Working closely with the Partners and Head of Department, you will play an integral role in the long term growth plans for the already established Employment Team.
With succession plans in mind, the firm are seeking a career driven Solicitor who is looking for progression and development, with the plan to take a senior role within the firm in the near future.
To be considered for this position you must be a qualified and practising Solicitor with a minimum of two years PQE in employment law. You will have strong advocacy skills and will be confident attending Employment Tribunals as well as producing statements of case, witness statements and court notices.
The salary on offer is dependent on experience and will be in the region of £38,000 to £40,000. Benefits will include free on-site parking and private health care.
