Venn Group is currently recruiting for an interim Executive Resourcing Programme Leader for an urgent requirement within a leading Public Sector Organisation in London

The client with whom we are working is looking for an interim Executive Resourcing Programme Leader on a 6 month contract who will:

  • Assist the Global Head of Resoucing in delivering effective senior level recruitment, including executive and non- executive requirements
  • Manage the recruitment process, aligning to organisational recruitment policies and processes
  • Coach and guide senior stakeholders through the process, ensuring understanding of roles and responsibilities and that updates are delivered efficiently and regularly
  • Manage senior candidates in the pipeline effectively and sensitively ensuring a great candidate experience
  • Act as a consultant, proactively advising stakeholders on opportunities to deliver talent objectives in more efficient or creative ways
  • Measure and report on performance against KPI’s, leveraging data to drive efficiency an effectiveness
  • Apply appropriate pre- appointment screening processes in line with global policy and local legal requirements

To be considered for the post of Executive Resourcing Programme Leader with our client you must demonstrate:

  • Experience of managing and delivering complex and sensitive senior level appointments, in environments with complex compliance requirements
  • Ability to build relationships with senior level stakeholders and candidates
  • Ability to directly source talent and create talent pools
  • Experience of procuring and managing vendors in a compliant way
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
