Finance Administrator (Research)

Salary: £18p/h dependent on experience
Length of Contract: 1 month ongoing
A University based in South East London is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their Research services department. The client is looking for an experienced administrator with strong communication skills to assist with work ahead of Financial Year End.
Your duties will include:
- Processing a high number of invoices
- Post journal entries
- Approving staff contracts
- Liaising with Academics and Business Managers
- Carrying out general office administration including filing, raising purchase orders, booking rooms etc.
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in the Higher Education sector
- Have experience using the Finance system Agresso/Unit 4 Business World
- Have excellent communication skills
