Temporary Finance Administrator
Venn Group are currently seeking a 3-month Finance Administrator to join a small business North of Milton Keynes.
You will be responsible for:
- Processing supplier invoices, goods receipting, raising invoices to customers and processing internal transfers including seeking appropriate authorisation
- Liaising with purchasing teams to ensure prompt payment of suppliers
- Arranging travel (hotels, hire cars, flights) and logistics (air, road and sea freight)
- Organising meetings and taking minutes
- Ordering and purchasing of goods and services
In order to be considered you don’t need to have finance experience but you will need to have worked in an office administration environment previously.
