German & French-speaking Customer Service Coordinator
Venn Group is partnering with a large commercial organisation in Watford to recruit a tri-lingual Customer Service Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is fluent in French, German and English as full, on-the-job training will be provided.
Provide a start to finish solution for customer orders from key commercial account holders
Respond effectively to queries relating to customer orders and deliveries
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth process of customer orders
The successful candidate must:
Be fluent (written and spoken) in German, French and English (Dutch as additional would be an advantage)
Have great attention to detail and be highly organised
