Job Description

We are recruiting for an Interim HR Advisor based at a Local Government Organisation within the East Midlands. You will be responsible for supporting a project to reduce staff sickness across the Council


Requirements:

·         Experience of sickness management procedures

·         Able to advice managers about attendance management cases

·         Previous experience of designing, developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and processes within specified timeframes

·         Delivering training workshops to other staff and managers about sick leave and absence management

·         Attending and assisting with meetings and panels regarding attendance

·         Excellent communication skills in order to liaise successfully with management and deal with sensitive issues should they occur

·         Proactively identifying areas for improvement and development to make positive improvements across the organisation


Duration: 9 months
Rate: £19 per hour Umbrella Limited
