Permanent Requirement – HR Business Partner – Lincolnshire
Venn Group is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner for an NHS trust based in Lincolnshre. This role is a permanent position, offering a salary between £28,000 -£30,000 dependant on NHS experience.
Duties will include:
- Working with Employee Relations casework including: Long term sickness cases, grievances and disciplinaries
- Monitoring the delivery of transactional HR services including Recruitment and Retention
- Providing support to managers as appropriate in panel hearings such as disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence and appeal
- Developing and implementing new HR policies
- Responsible for Change Management policies including: TUPE, redundancy and restructure
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience within an NHS trust or within a heavily unionised environment
