HR Business Partner
Venn Group are currently recruiting for an HR Business Partner within a highly reputable healthcare organisation based in Cheshire.
The key role responsibilities are:
Working within a busy HR function and partnering with a core area of the business
Providing HR advice in relation to various HR matters including absence, grievance and disciplinary
Handling a caseload of complex employee relations matters
Liaised with trade unions and other key stakeholders
Supporting any structural changes including TUPE transfers
Advising on general policies and procedures to include recruitment and succession planning
It is essential to have experience of working as an HR Business Partner level, ideally within a Public Sector environment. A CIPD level 5 qualification as a minimum would be expected.
