HR Data Rewards Analyst required – Contract
There is currently a requirement for a HR Data Rewards Analyst to work within a London local authority for an initial three month contract with a negotiable rate.
Please note: there is some flexibility on rate so please feel free to send your CV with your rate expectations.
- Demonstrable HR data analysis experience, particularly around rewards and/or compensation and benefits and related HR areas
- The ability to liaise with stakeholders throughout a local authority
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability the extract data and write reports
- Ability to take business requirements, research, provide data analysis and present findings
NB: Previous local authority experience would be highly desirable
