Interim HR Manager Urgently Required
Venn Group is recruiting for an Interim HR Manager to provide a proactive HR service to senior leads, mangers and staff for a requirement within the NHS in London.
The successful Interim HR Manager will provide a professional, comprehensive, autonomous and timely advisory service to managers and staff, manage the HR Advisor and be responsible for ensuring that all KPI’s and objectives are achieved within the service, manage employee relations case work and provide proactive HR service to senior leads, mangers and staff. The Interim HR Manager will have recent experience of working in a HR advisory/manager role providing first line professional, comprehensive and timely advice on a range of general HR queries such as sickness absence management, disciplinary and grievance issues, performance management, and HR policies and procedures.
The successful Interim HR Manager will have:
- Strong managerial / team lead experience
- CIPD or relevant HR qualifications
- Previously worked within a HR team within the NHS
- Experience of dealing with complex employee relations issues
- Experience of working with trade unions
