Job Description

Interim Business Support Professional

Venn Group are currently recruiting for an interim Business Support Professional for a 2 month assignment with a strong possibility of being extended.

The role is based in the Cheshire area and is easily commutable.

The main daily duties are;

  • General administration duties, such as answering the phone it is essential to have an excellent telephone manner
  • Offering excellent customer service to patients and family members over the phone and in writing
  • Diary management for 2 senior members of staff
  • Managing and arranging meetings
  • The ability to deal with distressed customers and knowing when to escalate cases
  • Responsible for writing letters, scanning, filling and collating cases
  • It is essential to have an excellent manner when speaking and engaging with people for this position
