Interim Business Support Professional
Venn Group are currently recruiting for an interim Business Support Professional for a 2 month assignment with a strong possibility of being extended.
The role is based in the Cheshire area and is easily commutable.
The main daily duties are;
- General administration duties, such as answering the phone it is essential to have an excellent telephone manner
- Offering excellent customer service to patients and family members over the phone and in writing
- Diary management for 2 senior members of staff
- Managing and arranging meetings
- The ability to deal with distressed customers and knowing when to escalate cases
- Responsible for writing letters, scanning, filling and collating cases
- It is essential to have an excellent manner when speaking and engaging with people for this position
