Band 8a Interim Capital, Estates & Facilities Manager Required
As a leading recruitment consultancy, Venn Group has been approached by one of its largest NHS clients in Lancashire to recruit a Capital, Estates & Facilities Manager a temporary basis
Duties/ Job Description
- The post holder will be responsible for the overall development and delivery of the Divisional Capital Programme and both the Planned and Reactive maintenance of the Estate including management of the Divisions land, buildings and services provided to SPLDD sites
- Management of all functions within the department which include, Facilities, Estates, Catering and the associated professional, technical, craft administrative and clerical staff
- The post holder will ensure that the Divisions healthcare environment is safe for Service Users, visitors and staff and compliant with legislation and NHS requirements
- The post holder will have the primary responsibility for day to day contract management and monthly performance reporting to the Head of Estates & Facilities.
Rate: Band 8a
The ideal candidate must be NEBOSH qualified.
