Job Description

Venn Group are pleased to be recruiting for a number of interim administration and secretarial positions to join busy NHS organisations based in Sheffield. The post holders will undertake various general administration duties including data inputting, filing and printing. Some of the roles also entail arranging meetings, attending meetings, typing up and distributing notes from meetings. Some of the positions involve providing cover for the Receptionists and Audio Typing as and when required.


Required Experience:

  • Good minute taking skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Diary management using Outlook
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Audio typing skills
  • Ability to set out corporate letters
  • Flexible and able to prioritise work load accordingly
