We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Resourcing Advisor (CIPD Qualified) for a well established organisation within the West Midlands.
The HR/Resourcing team of our client are currently recruiting for someone to assist them on an interim basis as they have recently implemented the ITRENT system to assist with the general recruitment process.
The successful applicant will be expected to help the HR rollout this system to senior management by advising and training members of staff. After you have helped with this task you will be required carry out day to day duties within the HR department.
- We need someone who is resilient and who can hit the ground running
- CIPD qualified with in-depth Resourcing experience
- Extensive HR System experience
- Previous ITRENT experience would be ideal but is not essential
Start date: ASAP
Rate: Rate: £17 - £20 per hour (Umbrella), dependent on experience
Duration: 6 months, with a chance of going permanent
