A global investment bank is looking for an IT Business Application Client Lifecycle Management VP to join their Core Banking Applications team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining systems that gather legal entity data and support the end-to-end Customer Lifecycle Management journey within the bank.
This position requires an individual with the following skills:
- Strong I.T. configuration, development and implementation experience in a formal SDLC environment
- Experience working with CRM, MDM, “Golden Source”, KYC/AML systems or other applicable reference/customer data systems
- Collaborative skills to work in parallel with different IT teams to deliver cross system solutions to meet business requirements
You will need to combine your broad business knowledge with in depth technical skills to understand the nature of the issues and be confident in liaising with various teams including Front Office, Operations, Compliance and key application stakeholders to resolve these issues and make sure any enhancements are progressed appropriately.
You will be required to implement and enhance applications for the bank and provide solutions to improve business process efficiency. Analyse and manage issues with business applications raised by users, in order to ensure continuous and reliable operation of the Bank’s business processes.
The successful candidate must have a Financial Services background and domain expertise in Customer Onboarding, Know Your Customer, Anti-Money Laundering, Data Management and Account Opening.
