Job Description

IT Desktop Support Analyst

A leading NHS Organisation in South Yorkshire has approached Venn Group to secure experienced IT Support Analysts on a temporary basis.
Day to day duties:

  • Being part of a busy, dedicated service desk, responding to and resolving tickets as required
  • Triaging to the next line of support as necessary
  • Undertaking NHS mail local administration duties (including password resets, mailbox creations, updating and adding distribution groups, unlocking NHS mail accounts and password resets)


Essential skills required;

  • Experience of providing 1st line support
  • Ability to meet and exceed SLAs


Desirable skills required
 

  • Experience of working within the NHS in an IT capacity would be beneficial


Location:            South Yorkshire
Rate:                   £13.65 per hour
Duration:           4 months with a possibility of extension
Start:                  ASAP
