Locum Commercial Property Lawyer – £35 to £45 per hour Outside IR35 – West Midlands

Venn Group's specialist legal team are delighted to be recruiting for a Locum Commercial Property Lawyer for a Local Authority based in the West Midlands.

The team are looking for someone to carry out the role for an initial period of 6 months, on a full-time basis, however part-time applicants will be considered, and flexible working arrangements are available.

The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with experience of working within local government.

The successful applicant will be expected to carry out various responsibilities including:

  • Handling a Commercial Property caseload including: sales, purchases, leases, easements and wayleaves
  • Drafting and negotiating a range of Commercial Property documents, including: new leases, assignments, licenses, easements, deeds of variation and serving notices under the Landlord and Tenant Act
  • Advising on a variety of Commercial Property Law aspects including academy conversions and agricultural tenancies

This role is offering an attractive rate of between £35 and £45 per hour Outside IR35 dependent upon experience.
