Locum Senior Property Solicitor – £35 - £45 – West Midlands – Remote Working
Venn Group's specialist legal team are delighted to be recruiting for a Locum Property Lawyer with a Local Authority based in the West Midlands.
The team are looking for someone to carry out the role for an initial period of 1-2 months covering sickness, however there is possibility of extension. This role will be workedon a remote working basis for the foreseeable future but there may be an expectation for some office working once the government advice permits this. Our client is ideally looking for someone to join the team on a full-time basis, however part-time candidates will also be considered.
The successful applicant may be expected to carry out various responsibilities which may include:
Supporting a small number of Solicitors within the Property team
Dealing with a variety of aspects of Commercial Property law and some major projects currently being undertaken by the Local Authority
Drafting and advising on granting new leases, assignments, licenses, deeds of variation and serving notices under the Landlord and Tenant Act
Dealing with land registration matters
Dealing with day to day general legal queries relating to property matters
The role is offering an attractive rate between £35 - £45 per hour (umbrella) dependent upon experience.
