Part Time Accounts Assistant
We are recruiting for a Part Time Accounts Assistant on a 12 month contract for a logistics organisation based in the Birmingham area.
- Responsible for both the sales and purchase ledger; processing invoices, raising PO numbers and scanning invoices onto the system
- Raise and process payments via BACS
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Responsible for cash book entry and transactional processing for the nominal ledger
- Resolve queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with other ad hoc finance duties when required
- Previous experience in sales and purchase ledger
- Have strong Sage and MS Excel skills (essential)
- Be available at short notice
