Venn Group is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a major NHS Services Provider in Yorkshire. The successful candidate will help operate the management of Patient feedback including Complaints and Concerns. Provide advice to patients, service users, and members of the public and staff about the complaints procedures. Deputise in the absence of the Senior Patient Experience Officers. Gather intelligence for the completion of complaints related action plans from the clinical services and store this electronically within Datix

Candidate experience:
The candidate will have previous NHS experience providing advice to patients, service users, and members of the public and staff about the complaints procedures. Will have proactively supported teams within stipulated time scales. The role of the patient experience team is to ensure that the organisation answers concerns and feedback in a manner which is open, honest, transparent and clearly understood.

Essential

  • NHS experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience of training and supervising members of staff


NHS Banding:    Band 4 in line with NHS caps  
Location:           Yorkshire
Duration:           2 Months minimum
