Venn Group is currently recruiting for an interim People Organisation Transition Lead for an urgent requirement within a leading Public Sector Organisation in London

The client with whom we are working is looking for an interim People Organisation Transition Lead on a 6 month contract who will:

  • Be responsible for the implementation of the organisation design developed earlier in the programme
  • Restructure and reorganise a global division of a large organisation
  • Identify, analyse and prepare mitigation tactics for risk and resistance
  • Act as a key advisor to regional change and regional business leads to coach, support and advise through the changes
  • Set the vision and create clarity for their people and organisational change area to ensure defined business change objectives are realised
  • Develop the communication and consultation plan, managing the flow of information between regional teams to ensure it is aligned

To be considered for the post of People Organisation Transition Lead with our client you must demonstrate:

  • Strong experience in mobilising and delivering large scale organisational change
  • Employee Relations in a unionised or public sector organisation
  • Excellent people management skills
