Venn Group is proud to be working alongside a long standing client in Hertfordshire, to source an Interim Personal Assistant for an initial six month contract.
The main duties of the role will include:
- Accurate and timely data entry
- Working to ensure the efficient, accessible and secure storage of information
- Provide a comprehensive administrative service
- Taking minutes at meetings
- Providing Diary management
This programme of work requires previous administrative experience and confidence in taking phone calls. It requires a candidate who can work within a team setting and can manage their own workload.
The successful candidate with have the opportunity to hone their skills in a fast paced environment, and will have the opportunity to operate independently as well as part of a successful team.
