Personal Injury Solicitor

Staffordshire, circa £40k - £48k + Benefits, Agile Working

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced litigator to join a well-respected firm based in Staffordshire. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package and will allow for remote working. 

You will join a leading team and handle a varied caseload of litigated EL and PL cases. You will have conduct of cases from the commencement of litigation to its conclusion. As such you will deal with the issue of proceedings, reviewing and responding to defences. You will be responsible for the management of matters through court directions including interim applications through to instruction of counsel for trial and work associated with the trial itself.

The position would be ideally suited to a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with three years or more experience in handling a busy personal injury caseload.

Salary will be dependent on experience and is expected to be in the region of £37,000 to £44,000 plus a £4000 car allowance. In addition to the basic salary you will also be eligible for the firm's contributory pension scheme, health insurance, life assurance and a range of other benefits.
