An exciting new role as a Principal Litigation Locum for a Local Authority based in the picturesque South West has arisen. The duration of the role is 3 months initially, with the possibility of extension. The role offers an attractive hourly rate ranging between £55-£65 per hour (via an umbrella company) depending on experience. Some homeworking is available for the right candidate and with the current circumstances; the local authority is set up for remote working.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Effectively manage a team of staff varying from Paralegals to Solicitors
Dealing with matters such as but not limited to employment matters, landlord/tenant disputes, debt recovery and licensing matters
Able to handle their own caseload sufficiently
Can competently handle business disputes for debtor and creditor claims, good use of judgement enforcement
