Property Legal Assistant – Hertfordshire – £20,000 to £25,000 DOEFull Time – Permanent

A successful, multi-office firm based in Hertfordshire seek to appoint an experienced Legal Assistant for their busy Property Team.

The successful applicant will assist and progress a broad caseload of property matters under the solicitor’s instructions. This will include the preparation of contracts, letters and documents, ordering searches on lease and purchase matters, completing Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns and Land Registry applications as well as conducting relevant legal research.

To be considered for this position, you must have previous experience in handling property matters and have confidence in client facing roles. You will be focussed on delivering excellent standards of service whilst providing accurate and efficient legal assistance to clients and colleagues.
