Job Description

Property Litigation Solicitor – Fixed Term Contract

Equivalent salary between £40k and £45k

Our client, a reputable Legal 500-recognised West Country law firm with a high profile client base, is seeking support from a skilled and ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor on a temporary basis within their Gloucestershire-based office. The role would see the ideal candidate working as part of a busy and highly experienced Litigation Team, on a wide range of property litigation matters and disputes.

This opportunity has arisen due to an important member of the team leaving for maternity and will be available for at least eight months from late July.

In order to secure this attractive role, candidates will need to have at least three years PQE experience within litigation an extensive background in handling property litigation matters. The successful candidate will be dealing with a full caseload, including boundary disputes, property trust/TOLATA disputes, dilapidations, LTA 54 renewals and residential possessions.

The firm is ideally seeking someone to join the team full-time, but can offer flexibility in working hours and would also consider part-time working for the right candidate.

The rate of pay on offer is negotiable depending on experience and suitability for the role, therefore candidates who require more than £45,000 p.a. equivalent should still enquire. A competitive benefits package is also offered to the successful candidate.
