Job Description

Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk

Job description: We are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join an established organisation based in the Staffordshire.

Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Your main duties will include:

  • Processing a high volume of invoices
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Returning invoices to vendor if incorrect
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve querie
  • Filing and dealing with payment fallouts
  • Handling company expenses 

The ideal candidate would possess the following:

  • Previous experience working in a finance environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Available at short notice
